PairSong
Terms of Use
The rules for using PairSong.
Last updated: 21 October 2026.
What PairSong is
PairSong (“we”) is a free website at pairsong.com. Paste an Apple Music or Spotify song link and PairSong looks for the same song on the other service and prepares a message with both links. No account is needed. By using PairSong you agree to these terms.
No guarantee
PairSong is free and provided “as is” and “as available”. Matches are found automatically and can be wrong, incomplete or missing, for example a different version, a remix or no result at all. Please check the links before relying on them. We do not promise that PairSong will always be available, error-free or fast.
Liability
As far as Swiss law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using PairSong or from not being able to use it. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
Spotify, Apple and trademarks
PairSong is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Spotify or Apple. Spotify, Apple Music and other names and logos are trademarks of their owners, used here only to name their services. When you open a link, you leave PairSong and that service’s own terms apply.
Spotify content
PairSong uses Spotify’s official developer platform to find songs. For Spotify’s platform, service and content (such as song titles, cover art and links):
- We make no promises on Spotify’s behalf, and Spotify gives no warranties: all implied warranties are disclaimed, including that they are fit for a particular purpose, of satisfactory quality or do not infringe anyone’s rights.
- You may not modify Spotify content or create derivative works based on Spotify’s platform, service or content.
- You may not decompile, reverse-engineer or disassemble Spotify’s platform, service or content, or otherwise reduce them to source code, to the full extent the law allows.
- We are responsible for PairSong. Third parties such as Spotify are not liable for it.
- Spotify and its affiliates are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and of the PairSong privacy policy, and are entitled to enforce these terms directly.
Fair use
Use PairSong normally, for yourself. Please do not:
- misuse, overload or attack the service, or try to break its security;
- scrape PairSong or send automated or bulk requests to the converter or its API;
- try to get around rate limits, for example by switching IP addresses;
- use PairSong to break the law or anyone else’s rights.
We may block or limit access that breaks these rules.
Changes
We may change, pause or stop PairSong, or any part of it, at any time. We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. If you keep using PairSong after a change, the new terms apply.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The competent courts are determined by Swiss law. If you use PairSong as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, including any right to go to court there; nothing in these terms takes that away. If one part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
